Biographical / Historical

Jack Danciger was an oil producer, refiner, and rancher. He was born in 1880 in Fernandez de Taos, New Mexico. Jack Danciger was the owner and editor of the Spanish-language newspaper El Cosmopolita , which was published in Kansas City, Kansas, from 1914-1919. He moved to Fort Worth in 1921 with the Danciger Oil & Refining Company. He and his wife Reina lived at 1901 Grand Avenue. He died on Oct. 21, 1966 in Fort Worth.
