This collection of materials was assembled by Ahdel Chadwick. It consists of materials from the Fort Worth Opera, McCammon Voice Competition, Van Cliburn Competition, and programs from other performing arts events. It also includes records from the Whitlock Music Club, yearbooks from several clubs, school annuals and other school-related documents. Materials from Mr. and Mrs. Chadwick’s travels, datebooks, real estate documents, and photographs are also in the collection.
The Andrew Thomas Seymour, III Papers consist of photographs; invitations, programs, promotional items, tickets and booklets pertaining to Bass Hall, Exchange Club of Fort Worth, Fort Worth Museum of Science & History and Van Cliburn Foundation; brochures from Thomas S. Byrne Inc.; and University of Texas reunion materials. The materials date from 1953-2007 and measure .20 linear feet (1 box).
This collection consists of miscellaneous ballet programs from the Fort Worth Ballet, touring ballet companies, and other local companies. The collection is divided into two series. The first series contains programs from the Fort Worth Ballet (later the Fort Worth-Dallas Ballet, and subsequently Texas Ballet Theatre). The second series contains programs from touring companies and other local companies.

All of the programs beginning with the 4th Annual program have a photograph of the honoree and beginning with the 26th annual program there is a brief biographical sketch. The banquet is held in the spring to honor the person for the previous year. The years listed are for the year of the banquet. The materials in the collection date from 1932-1994.
